1. Weighting and measurement of the concocted trophies should be made after 24 hours of drying in normal conditions. Weighting or measurement of the trophies is made by the organizer of the hunt in foreign hunter’s and pilot’s of the event presence. In case of earlier ending of the hunt, weighting of the trophies should be done just before hunter’s departure. In that case the real weight of the trophy is written in the protocol, without giving any vent for additional drying.
2. Gained trophies of deer males are being weight with not cut, complete scull, nasal bone, without jaw. Trophies must be concocting should be given to the hunters, before their departure. Weight of the trophies of the red deer and elk bulls is being specified exactly to 1 dkg, roe deer stag to 1 g. In case of roe deer, from the weighted value 90 g is being subtracted.
3. If the hunter is taking a head of killed game, weight is being described for the whole head, and weight or measurement of the trophy is being estimated. In case of tusks length of visible part is being multiplied by 3.
4. Aside from trophies specifed in the price list, hunter can, with a permission of the organizer and additional payment, take the carcase and skin of hunted game from hunting place and export it without duty, providing that it will be written in the protocol from the hunt. In such case, the duty of the administrator is to get valid confirmed by the entitled veterinary surgeon sanitary certificate, and to give it to the hunter, before his departure from the hunting place.
5. In the foreign hunter is leaving his trophies in Poland (he is not taking them away after finishing the hunt), this fact must be clearly written down in point “Remarks”.
